I recently finished a project of mine, which was building up a bicycle from the frame up, and went out for a maiden voyage ride visiting some beaches in SF. The frame is a 90's Mountain Cycle Moho Road and is built up using various parts I had laying around and mail-ordered. I purchased this frame because of its rather unique frame design. [07/2010]
I started out in Golden Gate Park, checking out the San Francisco Conservatory of Flowers. A beautiful structure and nicely landscaped.
Then on to Baker Beach. Interestingly enough, this is also a nude beach. It was quite a typical foggy SF day.
Then on to China Beach in the prestigious Sea-Cliff area. (Some larger panoramas: Pic 1 - Pic 2 - Pic 3)
Then wrapping around Lands End, Fort Miley, Sutro Baths and Cliff House.
Then on to our last stop, Ocean Beach, with views of the Cliff House and the North Windmill at the end of Golden Gate Park.
